Quick answer
Take Guangzhou Metro Line 8 to Xingangdong (Exit A, Areas A and D) or Pazhou (Exits A/B for Area B, Exit C for Area C). Pazhou is also on Line 11. From Terminal 2, ride Line 3 from Airport North to Kecun (changing at Tiyu Xilu), then Line 8; Terminal 3 has the East Ring intercity to Pazhou.

Station and exit for each area
The Canton Fair Complex (广交会展馆) in Pazhou is split into Areas A to D. The organiser’s transport guide, republished by Newsgd, pairs the areas with Line 8 exits:

The organiser’s badge notice lists the same pairing for its on-site registration offices: Area D at Xingangdong Exit A, Area B at Pazhou Exit A/B and Area C at Pazhou Exit C. Those offices are described in registration and badge.
Not verified: which entrance or exit is best for a particular hall number inside an area. The sources we could read give station and exit by area only. Use the organiser’s venue map, available from the official site and the fair app, for hall numbers, and treat any hall-by-hall exit list from a blog as unconfirmed.
Pazhou is also served by Line 11. The badge notice gives “Exit A/B, Pazhou Station, Guangzhou Metro Line 8/Line 11”.
The same stations and exits serve Auto Guangzhou, the auto show at the complex from November 27 to December 6, 2026.
Routes from the airport and railway stations
The organiser’s 2024 guides give the railway station routes. Their airport route started at Airport South, which closed with Terminal 1 on May 7, 2026. The airport rows below start from the stations in the city’s May 2026 notice, with intercity times from 12306:

The railway station routes come from the 2024 guides; one carries the note “for reference only”. Metro lines have opened since then, including Line 11 at Pazhou. A traveller on Reddit reported in December 2025 that the Metroman app showed Pazhou to Guangzhou East in 16 minutes with no changes on Line 11. Line 11’s Guangzhou East station opened on September 29, 2025 (Guangzhou government), so no change is needed; the 16-minute time is the traveller’s figure. Expect a security check before the ticket gates at metro stations. The photo near the top of this page shows the one at Pazhou’s Entrance A.
Buses and the tram
Newsgd’s 2024 guide lists these stops near the complex: Canton Fair Complex (广交会展馆), Pazhou (琶洲), Yuejiangzhong (阅江中路), Convention Center Ferry Pier (会展中心码头) and Convention Center Ferry Pier North (会展中心北). It names these routes: 229, 239, 262, 303A, 304, 582, Sightseeing 1 (旅游观光1线) and B7. Routes change, so check the map app.
The Haizhu Tram runs between Wanshengwei and Guangzhou Tower stations, with 11 stations, and connects with Metro Lines 4 and 8 at Wanshengwei, according to the same guide.
Taxi and ride-hailing
Show the driver 广交会展馆, or use the Show your driver card. For apps, see the Didi guide and the taxi guide. The airport also advertised fixed-price point-to-point transfers to the exhibition complex for the 139th session.
Walking inside

Traps and how to avoid them
- Getting off at the wrong station for your hall
Areas A and D use Xingangdong, and Areas B and C use Pazhou. Check your hall's area on the organiser's map before you leave the hotel.
- Trusting a hall-to-exit table you cannot trace
Exit-by-hall lists on blogs often disagree. We list only the station and exit pairings from the organiser's guides, and say where we could not verify.
- Copying the address with the wrong number
The venue address is 380 Yuejiang Zhong Road. The organiser's own site gives 382, which is its office address. Show a taxi driver the Chinese name 广交会展馆 instead of a number.
- Planning your trip home at closing time
Plan to leave early or late, and check the metro app for the last train on Line 8 before you stay for evening meetings.

Buses stop at Canton Fair Complex and Pazhou, and the Haizhu Tram has stations at the complex. Check your hotel for its own shuttle.
